What is great about September?
If you are at loose ends on Sunday, drop by the Old Roma Station, 53 Front St. and enjoy Tri- Tip Sliders and of course amazing wine by Hart’s Desire, J. Keverson Winery, Pezzi King and Sapphire Hill. They are running the fun and food every Sunday this month.
Want to learn more about Healdsburg? The Healdsburg Museum and Historical Society is currently offering an exhibit on the life of our famous plaza from 1857 to now. Check them out on Matheson St.
If you loved the museum, you can support it this month at their annual Sip, Savor, & Celebrate! Sunday, September 14th at the Sbragia Family Vineyards. Their main activity is a drawing to win an instant wine cellar (grand prize is for 101 bottles) , and who wouldn’t want that?
And at the end of the month, Quivera Winery is offering their second annual Figs and Pigs Festival on September 27. They nurture a 135 year old fig tree on the Vineyard property. The pig will be prepared by my favorite restaurant, Zin. So check it out. Children are welcome, pets are not.
September and Harvest are big celebrations around here, come and join the fun!
